Earlier today you received a message notifying you of a change in location for the AJCC RFP Bidder’s Conference from Community and Senior Services headquarters to the Centro Maravilla Service Center. This change in location was made to accommodate the high volume of RSVPs received for the Bidder’s Conference.
Unfortunately, we just learned that parking at the Centro Maravilla Service Center is extremely limited on Tuesdays and it has not been possible to confirm a suitable alternate location.
In order to ensure a successful Bidder’s Conference that accommodates all potential attendees and parking needs, we are rescheduling the Bidder’s Conference to the East Los Angeles Service Center, on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, from 2pm-4pm.
